We collect information you choose to give us through our website:
- Name, organization, and email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- Whether you've requested the free compliance snapshot
- Information you provide in the intake form for the Free Compliance Snapshot
- Booking details you enter if you schedule a call through Calendly
We do not use advertising cookies. We use Netlify Analytics, a server-side tool that measures aggregate traffic, such as page views, without placing cookies or tracking scripts in your browser. Our third-party tools, Tally (intake forms), Calendly (scheduling), and Netlify (website hosting and form handling), may use their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies.
3. No protected health information (PHI)
Our website is not intended for PHI. Please do not include patient information in any form, message, or email to us. If you send PHI by mistake, contact us so we can arrange for its deletion. Our services are designed to be performed without PHI. If an engagement ever requires access to PHI, we will proceed only under a signed business associate agreement and a separate written engagement.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Tally (intake forms), Calendly (scheduling), and email service providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our services are for organizations and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
